TrustedTransfer understands that clients often request copies of documents from prior years’ engagements. Retrieving and sharing these documents with clients uses valuable time and resources. TrustedTransfer provides a central archive for documents and allows the firm to organize each client's archive in a way that makes sense for that individual.
Once a client provides files for an engagement through TrustedTransfer, the client cannot remove those files. The firm controls which files are retained in the archive and which can be removed or retained elsewhere. The firm can also upload the final engagement documents to the client’s archive. The system will provide each of your clients with his or her own credential to log-in and retrieve archived documents at his or her leisure.
