TrustedTransfer understands that document control is important to completing your client engagements.

Knowing this, TrustedTransfer is designed to protect both the organization scheme and the documents that have been provided by your clients. Though clients always have access to documents, we prevent unauthorized changes or deletions once a document has been submitted to the firm.

TrustedTransfer has an administrative hierarchy consisting of 3 levels

  • Firm administrator - Has control over every aspect of the firm registration, user and client access. This role can: assign administrator privileges to other users, add other firm users, add clients, and add, edit and delete documents and folders for all of the firm's clients.
  • Firm user – Has control over all of the firm's clients. This user can add and edit clients, and add, edit and delete documents and folders for all of the firm's clients.
  • Firm client – Can add and download only files shared with them by the firm they registered under.
